RETURN POLICY
Our policy is valid for 14 days. We are unable to offer you a refund or exchange if 14 days have passed after your purchase.
Your item must be new and in its original packaging as when you received it in order to be eligible for a return. It has to be in its original box as well.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Please do not return your product to the retailer.
Only partial refunds are given in the following circumstances: (if appropriate) * Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery and is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons other than our error. Refunds
We will send you an email once your returned item has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item. We’ll also let you know whether your refund has been approved or denied. If you are authorized, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be given to your credit card or original mode of payment within a set number of days.
Late or missing refunds
Check your bank account again if you haven’t gotten a refund yet. Then call your credit card company; the refund may take some time to appear on your account. The next step is to contact your bank. Sale items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund; sadly, sale items and clearance stock are not.
Only defective or damaged items will be replaced if notified on the same day. Send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to Sender Address. if you need to exchange it for the same item.
